As it is a customized product, we need to confirm all the details before placing an order. We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect orders once production begins.

Shipping delays due to carriers or customs are not eligible for refund
For international orders, we handle customs clearance as gift shipments for personal orders
Business orders may require recipient cooperation for customs clearance
